In a struggling economy, Bell is very fortunate to be gaining projects and seeing successful projects come to completion. Recently, Bell completed construction on One Greenway Centre in Franklin, Tennessee. This sustainable office building is a Crescent Resources project and is located adjacent to the Corporate Centre Office Park in Cool Springs.

Bell is set to begin construction on a new 256 bed, 36,000 square foot housing unit for Metropolitan Nashville Davidson County at the existing Harding Place correctional facility.
