Bill Clark
Bill Clark is an audit partner with DGLF CPAs & Business Advisors with 17 years of experience in public and private accounting for construction contractors. Clients rely on him to supervise audit and review engagements and consult with them regarding fixed asset purchases, financing options, taxation issues and continuity planning. Bill also has extensive experience in construction equipment research and multi-state licensing and prequalification. He regularly assists clients in the implementation and evaluation of internal control systems and with opportunities to improve bonding and licensing capacities.
Bill has been published in The Tennessee CPA Journal and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Bill received his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Tennessee Technological University.
